The very first Marriott Hotel in Victoria, located in Docklands’ modern harbourside area, was built by Icon, who entrusted Akkari Tiling with this prestigious project. Over 3,000m² of large format stone were installed throughout the main foyer, lift lobbies, amenities, and the pool entry staircase. Custom-made Nero Maquina scalloped profile feature stone was added to the entrance planter boxes, bringing originality and class to the hotel’s entrance. Additionally, the façade outside the main entrance was clad with over 400m² of large porcelain panels. We managed the project from design and procurement to resources and equipment, ensuring a high-end result for our client.
