Akkari Tiling was entrusted with the comprehensive tiling works for the prestigious Adina Hotel located in Pentridge Coburg, Melbourne. This landmark project involved the meticulous installation of high-quality tiles throughout the hotel’s common areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevator lobbies, and restaurants, blending modern design with history.

A significant part of the project involved the reinstallation of all the original Flagstaff pavers that were removed during the demolition process. Our team took great care to carefully restore these pavers, ensuring they were seamlessly integrated into the newly designed spaces. The project also required close collaboration with architects and designers to preserve the building’s historical elements while integrating contemporary finishes.

Our team successfully overcame the unique challenges posed by the Pentridge site, delivering flawless results throughout.
